Yes. I cut profiles to your exact length on precision saws and machine them on CNC centers — drilling, slotting, tapping, and milling for connectors, brackets, and mounting holes. This means the parts arrive ready to assemble, and you skip sourcing a separate machining vendor. Sending me a single drawing lets me quote the extrusion and the machining together, so you get one price, one quality standard, and one contact.
Can you do surface finished?
Yes — surface finishing is one of our strengths. I anodize in mirror-polished, sandblasted, or brushed finish at 10-15 µm, and provide powder coating at 60-90 µm in your choice of color. Because we finish in the same workflow as extrusion and machining, the surface is applied to clean, well-prepared parts, which is why our finishes hold up and match from batch to batch.
How do you protect dimensional accuracy and surface finish after machining?
I machine first and finish second where possible, so the surface is not scratched by later cutting or drilling. For parts that must be finished before machining, I protect critical surfaces with film and handle them carefully through every step. Then I pack with protective wrapping so the finish and dimensions survive transit. The result is a part that fits and looks right when it reaches your production line.
