Guangdong NICE Metal Products Co., Ltd. specializes in the production of custom aluminum profiles, CNC machining, and surface treatment of aluminum profiles. It is a green aluminum profile factory that focuses on providing one-stop solutions for aluminum profiles.
Our factory is located in Jinli Town, Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, about 60 kilometers away from Guangzhou. The NICE factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters, has over 300 professional workers, and has a monthly production capacity of 3,000 tons. It has more than 10,000 sets of molds, and the CNC workshop has 36 CNC short machines, 4 CNC long machines, and 8 four-axis processing centers. The daily output of the CNC workshop reaches 600,000 pieces, with abundant production capacity and the ability to ensure delivery deadlines.
Concentrating on the environmental protection concept, we use high-quality aluminum materials that comply with environmental regulations. The oxidation process ensures that the products meet the delivery standards, the thickness of the oxidation molds conforms to the European DIN 17611 standard, and the products have CE and ISO certifications. The products also comply with the packaging regulations of European countries.
We have obtained ISO9001 quality management system certification, fully meeting the SGS quality inspection standards and CE certification requirements. We have 4 large-scale automatic extrusion production lines for manufacturing aluminum profiles, 36 CNC small equipment and 4 CNC large equipment to achieve precise engraving of aluminum materials.
